Two ways.

You can access it when you are looking at your Club Cash account (accessible via the “Club Cash” link under the "Home" tab on the ONMC web site (www.onmc.com).
You can also access it under the “VIP” tab of the ONMC web site. You must be logged into the site to access the VIP Reservation System.
